Refund Policy – Sipily Cold-Pressed Juices At Sipily, we take great care in crafting and delivering cold-pressed juices that are fresh, healthy, and made with love. As our products are perishable and made in small batches without preservatives, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.

️ Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our juices: We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. All products must be stored as per instructions upon delivery (typically refrigeration). Uncollected or unattended deliveries will not be eligible for refunds.

💸 Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement only under the following conditions: Damaged Product – If the juice bottle is delivered broken, leaked, or unsealed. Spoiled Juice – If the product is spoiled or smells/tastes off upon opening. Incorrect Order – If the product received is different from what was ordered.

📸 How to Request a Refund: If you meet the above criteria, please take the following steps: Email us at support@sipily.in within 4 hours of delivery. Mention your Order ID and attach clear photos of the product and issue. Our team will verify the issue and get back to you within 24 hours. Upon successful review, we will either: Issue a full refund to your original payment method or Replace the product at no extra cost, depending on your preference and availability.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Scenarios: We do not issue refunds in the following cases: If the product is not stored properly after delivery. Delay in receiving the product due to customer's unavailability. Requests made after 4 hours of delivery time. Change of mind or taste preference.
