2. Product Information Cold-Pressed Advantage: Our juices retain maximum nutrients and natural flavor due to cold-press technology, avoiding any heat or oxidation. No Compromises: We do not add artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, or chemicals to our juices. Functional Health: Our blends are thoughtfully crafted for wellness benefits such as detox, digestion, immunity, and energy. Shelf Life: Due to the absence of preservatives, Sipily juices are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately and consumed by the expiry date stated on the bottle.
3. Orders & Payments Orders may be placed via our official website or partner delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.). Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
4. Delivery Policy We deliver fresh, cold-pressed juices within select regions. While we strive for timely delivery, Sipily is not liable for delays due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen conditions. Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. Sipily is not responsible for spoilage due to failed delivery attempts.
5. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products: Returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following cases: Product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery Incorrect product delivered.
